This style of bodywork combines the focused, intense pressure of deep tissue massage with the dynamic stretching techniques of traditional Thai massage. Performed on the table, as opposed to traditional Thai on the floor, this treatment targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate chronic pain, reduce muscle tension, and enhance joint mobility.
