Massage with Thai Stretching

With this type of bodywork, the therapist uses a combination of assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, joint mobilization, and targeted massage to increase mobility, release tension, and improve overall body alignment. Sessions are deeply grounding and fluid, with stretches adapted to the client’s flexibility and physical condition. Client's should expect a dynamic experience that blends movement with stillness, and passive stretching with intentional massage techniques- all tailored to support relaxation, circulation, and functional mobility.

This customized style of Thai bodywork is performed on a massage table and blends traditional Thai stretching techniques with hands-on therapeutic massage. Unlike floor-based Thai sessions where the client remains fully clothed, this approach allows the client to undress to their comfort level (underwear must be kept on with this massage selection), as direct contact and the use of oils will be incorporated.

During a Reiki session, the client remains fully clothed, unless the treatment follows a massage. The therapist gently places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body to encourage the flow of energy. Many clients report sensations of warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Each session is unique and tailored to support the client’s individual energetic state.
